Other significant and evocative stops for the Rai crew included the one where chef Filippo La Mantia, the exceptional ambassador for the Mandorlara festival, prepared the &#8220;spring dish,&#8221; and the one inside the Monastery of Santo Spirito, where the cloistered nuns showed off their renowned pastry art.
