FIRST I.M.A.H.R COMPETITION SICILIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOLS
The First I.M.A.H.R Competition took place on March 7, 2018 in Agrigento, in the Auditorium of the Nicolò Gallo School Institute, which saw numerous institutes for food and wine services in Sicily compete in preparing dishes based on Sicilian excellences: Raffadali Pistachio and Ribera Orange.
During the event, attendees were able to witness an exciting Flambé cooking competition, in the presence of a jury of highly qualified experts.
