On Tva Televideoagrigento, the Target program featured master chef Antonello Iacono Manno and students from I.P.S.C.E.O.A. Nicolo Gallo preparing Favara Easter lamb using the main local specialties: Diodoros almonds from the Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples and Raffadali Pistachios.
